Whistling noise
- Check hose is attached correctly along with any attachements. Check the bag door is shut properly.

Rattling noise

Motor pitch
- Check hose, filters for any blockages. Change bag if necessary.
- Cuts out/Blocks/Bag full light on

Thermal cut out
- The motor has a thermal cut out to protect the motor. Should this operate it will reset after approximatly 30 Mins.

Check filters
- Check pre motor filter (15) and Exhaust filter (16) clean if necessary. Wash in warm water and allow to dry fully before refitting.

Hose
- Check hose. Remove from machine and place a small coin down the tube to check if it's clear.

Bag
- Check bag and change if necessary.
- No power

Socket check
- Check socket using another appliance or try another socket.

Fuse check
- Change fuse for a 13 amp rated fuse.

Thermal cut out
- If the thermal cut out has operated it will take approximatly 30 minutes to reset. Check filters,bag and hose.
- Poor suction

Variable power control
- Check that the power control regulator has not been turned down.

Filters
- Check exhaust and pre motor filters and clean if necessary. Use warm water and dry fully before refitting.

Hose
- Check hose and any attachements for blockages.

Bag
- Check bag and replace if necessary.
- Overheats/Burning smell

Filters
- Check exhaust filter and pre motor filter and clean if necessary.Use warm water and dry thoroughly before refitting.

Bag
- Check bag is not full and replace if necessary

Hose
- Check hose for any blockages.
- Cord will not rewind fully

Cord rewind
- Extend the cable fully to the red marker. Press the cord rewind. Some assitance may be required to allow it to completly rewind.
- Cleaning the permanent bag

Bag
- If your model is fitted with a permanent bag it should be washed in hand warm water after every 5 empties. Ensure it is fully dry before refitting.
