- Where are the model and serial numbers?

At the rear bottom section
- Tilt the machine forward, the rating plate sticker at the bottom of the machine will have the details required. The information usually required by our customer service team are the model number which is 8 digits long (beginning with a 3), and the serial number which is 16 digits long.
- Vacuum cleaner is heavy / heavy to push

Solution A
- Check the brush roll. If it rotates too freely and it appears that the drive belt is broken, then change the drive belt. To change the drive belt turn the cleaner over and release the screws as depicted in this picture (fig. 1).
Turn the cleaner over and remove the hood (fig. 2).
Ease the brush roll out of its retaining slots. The brush roll may need cleaning of debris at this point. Hold the brush roll ends and rotate the brush. If it is stiff to rotate then it may be advisable to change the brush (fig. 3).
Fit the new drive belt around the drive shaft and the brush roll (fig. 4).
Refit the brush roll (fig. 5).
Refit the hood, turn the cleaner over and refit the screws (fig. 6).
- The machine is noisy

Hose connections
- Ensure that all hoses are connected properly. Also, check that the detachable end collars are fitted snugly.

Empty the bin
- Empty the collection bin of excess debris.

Brush roll check
- Unplug the product, check around the brush roll area to see if carpet fibre or other objects are rattling around the base.
- Dust is leaking from my vacuum cleaner

Exhaust filter check
- Clean the exhaust filter. This is released by removing the collection container and pressing the filter button. This filter is cleaned by washing and allowing to dry.

Foam filter check
- Clean the foam pre-motor filter, which can be either washed or beaten to release the dust. If washed, please leave to dry before using the product gain.

Pleated filter check
- Clean the pre-motor pleated paper filter by washing or brushing clean. If washed clean, leave to dry before using the product.

Gauze filter check
- Clean the collection container gauze filter by brushing with the product's dusting brush.

Secure the bin arangements
- Make sure the bin is securely fitted to the body of the product, and ensure the emptying flap closes to shut of the base of the bin.
- The cable gets in the way whilst I am cleaning

Use the cord clip
- Fit the cable cord to the retaining clip at the top of the products body on the right hand side.
- Poor suction / poor pick up

Blockage in hose check
- Check for blockages in the hose. Twist the hose connectors at the base and handle end to release the hose. Any hose blockage will be visible. Clear out with a broom handle or similar.

Lower hose check
- Check the lower short hose from the base and clear as necessary.

Solution C

- The machine does not have power
- Static electric shocks

Anti static polish
- Static shocks sometimes occur when the product is used for carpet cleaning while the central heating is on and the atmosphere is dry, this is normally during the winter months. To overcome this situation polish the product with an anti static polish.
- Cuts out / blocks up
