Check the hose is clear by dropping a coin down it. The coin will drop out if the hose is clear. Carefully push the blockage out with a broom handle or similar.
Empty the dust box & wash all 3 filters & allow to dry thoroughly
Open the turbo nozzel and clear blockage or any debris
