Check that the brush bar is clean and not damaged

If the cleaner becomes noisy or starts vibrating, it may be because some debris has got tangled around the brush roll or agitator situated in the bottom of the cleaner. Examine the brush roll and remove obstructions and check that it is not broken or fractured - this can occur if something hard is picked up by the vacuum when cleaning the floors. Should you find that the brush roll is damaged a replacement can be purchased from our spares section on the website.
