Empty the dust box (4)
The dust box should be emptied on a regular basis, if it gets more than 2/3 full the cleaner will not pick up the dirt effectively. Start by unclipping the dust container from the cleaner by pressing down the release catch and lifting the bin off.
Take the dust container to your waste bin ready for emptying - Twist the lid anti clockwise to unlock and remove it, lift out the blue top filter and grey plastic screen. Now empty the contents out into your dustbin.
The filters and dust container can be washed in warm water make sure everything is dry before re assembling the dust box, this may take up to 24 hours.
Always disconnect your appliance from the mains before you start examining it!
