Remove and clean the grease filters

To ensure that your hood works effectively and keeps the cooking area smelling fresh then remove the grease filter and wash in hot water. This is situated in the visor and will either be made from a metal mesh or fabric sheet. The metal mesh will last for ever however the fibre type filters will require regular replacement.
