The Hoover website may store information about you using cookies (files which are sent by us to your computer or other access device) which we can access when you visit our site in future. We do this when you participate in our Market Research Questionnaire, found on the home page, and will be used so that you do not need to provide your contact details more than once, as well as to keep track of the questions you have already answered.
