The tank is fixed
The clean water / shampoo tank is not removable, it can be filled by taking the cap off at the top and pouring the water and shampoo in. If you do need to empty the tank then unscrew the cap and tip the product over and allow the water to flow out.
Always disconnect your appliance from the mains before you start examining it!
