Location of the cover securing screws
There are 11 screws in total that have to be un done using a standard Phillips screwdriver. The cover will not lift off until they are all removed and the hose has been taken out of the cover.

Turn the cleaner over and use this image to help find where the screws are fitted: indicated by red circles for your guidance.
