There are filters in the dirty water tank

There are 2 filters in the dirty water tank and for best results these should be cleaned and thoroughly dried after each cleaning operation

Lift out the filter as shown

in the centre of the picture is the rectangular motor filter

Wash the filters out in warm water and dry thoroughly before popping them back in the cleaner.
