Has it been unplugged mid - cycle?
If your AXI washing machine is unplugged or the power supply switched off mid - cycle or before switching off on the control panel the door will remain locked.
Simply plug the product back in or restore the power and then switch off the appliance using the button on the control panel. The door will now unlock.
Always disconnect your appliance from the mains before you start examining it!
