Setting the caredose - Axi

The Caredose can be set by pressing the button highlighted below in blue. The washer is sent out from the factory with both the detergent and softener switched on, this can be changed according to the users requirements.

The Caredose can be set by pressing the button highlighted below in blue. The washer is sent out from the factory with both the detergent and softener switched on, this can be changed according to the users requirements.

If the settings need to be changed hold down the Caredose button (shown below in blue) until the dedicated icons are blinking (shown below in red).

The icons indicate the following;  is for softener,  is for liquid detergent.

Press the Caredose button once – this turns off the softener, leaving the detergent switched on.

Press the Caredose button twice – this turns off the detergent, leaving the softener switched on.

Press the Caredose button three times – this turns off both the softener and the detergent.

Press the Caredose button four times – this reverts to the factory setting, both detergent and softener are switched on.

If Caredose indicators are blinking – when the detergent/softener trays are empty the respective indicator will blink.

Always disconnect your appliance from the mains before you start examining it!

What is the Caredose system

Some models are provided with an automatic dosage system, this allows for precise dosages of liquid detergent and fabric softener to be delivered into the washer. Use of this system can reduce water and energy waste by only dispensing the exact quantities needed according to the type of garments, weight of the load and the water hardness. When using the Caredose system the dispenser draw must be closed for the duration of the wash cycle, opening the draw will stop the dosing system from working correctly and can cause water leakage.

The draw is divided into three compartments, as indicated below:

A - is for liquid detergent

B - is for fabric softener

C - is for powder – this compartment is not controlled by the Caredose system
