Clean all of the filters
To get the very best suction it is important to keep the 2 filters clean. The exhaust filter is found at the front of the product behind a cover. Unclip the cover, peel the micro filter out and dust it out. For best results we recommend you wash this in warm water making sure it is thoroughly dry before re fitting.

There is also a hepa filter in the dust box. It is a hepa filter which means it will trap microscopic dust particles and it will need to be regularly cleaned and replaced once a year to keep the suction strength of the cleaner good. Filters can be purchased from the spares web site. Remove the dust box by pressing the release button found at the top of the dust box.

Empty the dust container out into your waste bin or a bin bag. Next twist the lid of the container until the 'open' symbol lines up with the arrow as shown. Now lift off the lid and twist the filter anti clockwise to detach it from the container lid.

Twist the filter anti clockwise to remove it from the lid. Pull the mesh screen off and dust every thing out with a brush. For best results wash the filter and mesh in some warm water but make sure every thing is dry before you put it all together again.

Put every thing back together and check the suction power. Should it not be as good as usual then it may be an indication that the filters need to be replaced altogether.
