Empty the dust box and clean the filters

To maintain full suction power and your cleaner pick up effectively we recommend that you empty the dust container when it is 2/3 full. There are 2 filters on the cleaner and these should be regularly cleaned. Start by emptying the dust box, press the container release at the top of the handle as shown.

Take the container to your dustbin or a bin bag and press the release trigger to open the flap, shake the container to release all of the dirt.

Twist the top off the container to remove the hepa filter and foam pad. Dust the filters but for best results we recommend you wash them in warm water. Please make sure they are thoroughly dry before re fitting, this can take up to 24 hours. We also recommend that you replace the filters at least once per year and you can purchase new ones from the spares section of our website.

The cyclonic unit can be lifted out of the container as shown and cleaned by immersing in warm water along with the container. Make sure everything is dry before re assembling.

The second filter is found at the back of the cleaner as shown.

Peel the filter out of the cleaner and wash in warm water.
