Check the base cover is attached
The cleaner will not make steam if the base cover is not attached to the cleaner. Fix the textile pad to the base cover then clip the cover on.
The picture shows the product with the mop attachment fitted ready to steam clean. Your product should look like this when using the steam feature.
Always disconnect your appliance from the mains before you start examining it!
