Machine may have been overloaded

Garments may get trapped between the door seal and the drum which creates friction when the machine starts to spin. This may happen if the machine is overloaded and the cloths become squashed around the door area. This can create a burning rubber smell and damage to the clothes.

 Please don't over load your machine.
