The pump may be blocked?

Is the cycle stopping mid cycle? This may be because the drain pump is blocked or the product is not emptying. If your machine is connected to the sink- disconnect the waste hose from the sink and examine the hose and connection to the sink for blockages. Drain the water off and check the pump for blockages.
