Make sure the oven is pre heated

Some dishes require pre heating of the oven. If food is placed in the oven from a 'cold start' then condensation may appear on the door and drip onto the floor. Pre heat for at least 15 mins before placing food inside.

Steam and condensation is a natural by-product of cooking food with high water content, such as frozen food, chicken etc.

Always disconnect your appliance from the mains before you start examining it!
