The fluff filter is situated in the door access - open the door and its fitted in the bottom of the door opening, lift it out and clean away any fluff build up. If you have already done this but the filter light still remains on it may be due to a build up of fluff in the condenser. The condenser is found in the base of the machine: Grasp the bottom cover by the sides and pull it off. The condenser will be seen on the left hand side. Turn the 2 latches to unlock it and pull out to remove it. The best way to clean this is by pouring water from a bucket through the centre of it of flushing it under a tap. Once clean pop it straight back in and try the machine again. To keep your machine working efficiently we recommend that you regularly clean the filter and condenser.

If you have already done this but the filter warning light is still coming on then it could be due to a build up of fluff in the vent pipe or outside venting cover. Should the vent pipe be kinked or trapped this will also bring the filter light on. Pull the machine out and detach the white corrugated vent pipe. Clean it out and re fit making sure it does not get crushed when the machine is pushed back. Finally check outside the property where the air comes out ensuring the outside vent cover is lint free and not obstructed.
