Check the door is fully shut

If the dishwasher door is not closed properly then machine will not start the programme. If something has become jammed in one of the baskets and preventing the basket going all the way back into the dishwasher, it will jam the door and stop it from fully shutting.

There is a safety lock fitted to prevent the machine operating with the door open.

Check the items loaded in the baskets and ensure they can move back fully into the machine. Re load the baskets as necessary. The top basket can be moved to a higher setting to accommodate large plates and pans loaded into the bottom basket.
