Has the door been left open?

If the appliance is not cold enough check to make sure the door has not been left open or ajar by mistake. If the door has been left open this can allow warm air into the machine which will raise the temperature inside and can cause soft fluffy ice to build up in the back of the machine. The ice build up can be removed by using a warm cloth.
