Some products may take upto 12 hours to fully charge
It is normal for re chargeable products to take up to 5 hours, some may take 12 hours to fully charge the battery, especially if the product is new. If the power pack feels warm then that is a good sign that charging is taking place!
Always disconnect your appliance from the mains before you start examining it!
