There have been some cases where the washing cycle fails to start. After turning on the dishwasher, all the other buttons work correctly except for the start button. 

If the above happens, the machine could be in DEMO mode.
To deactivate this mode please proceed as follows:
• Switch on the dishwasher.
• Press and hold down the "PROGRAM" and "START DELAY" buttons simultaneously for 3
seconds.
At the end of the operation, the words "DEMO OFF" will appear on the display.

The buttons should now function correctly
