Try and pull the cord firmly all the way out

Should you find that the mains cord has tangled inside the machine and will not feed out, you could try a firm pull on the cable – this should untangle it. Pull it out until you see the yellow warning marker on the flex appear at the cord entry. Now feed it gently in as you press the re wind button. Try and pull it out again to check that it is winding freely. If you can’t budge it then please contact us for further advice. Never pull the cord out further than the red marker on the flex as doing so may cause damage to the cord and re - wind mechanism.
