The machine may take up to 20 minutes before it starts up

If your appliance has been unplugged or being plugged in for the first time then it may take up to half an hour before you hear the machine start up and begins to make any operational noises. This is perfectly normal. Open the door and ensure the fridge light is on, this will prove you have electricity coming into your appliance. Your appliance performs a self test routine as soon as you plug it in and after this test period will start up.
