The ideal temperature in the middle of your fridge should be 5 degrees C in order for food to keep fresh.You can adjust the thermostat to make the fridge cooler, by selecting a larger number or a thicker portion of the indicator marker. If the appliance is not cold enough check to make sure the door has not been left open or ajar by mistake. If the door has been left open this can allow warm air into the machine which will raise the temperature inside and can cause soft fluffy ice to build up in the back of the machine. The location of you fridge freezer is very important. If the the temperature of the room is too cold then the fridge will simply not turn on. This means the food in the freezer will start to defrost.
