Check the water hose is not leaking

Check the cold water hose connection at the back of the machine to make sure it is not leaking. The hose should be hand tightened on installation, if it is leaking or dripping water try and tighten it further.

Also check that the connection to the tap is not leaking, it may need to be tightened up.

There should be a small round black washer inside the connection at both ends of the hose, if leaking persists then check the washer is not missing. We always recommend you fit the new fill hose supplied with your product instead of using any old pipes that were fitted to previous machines.
