Is the machine being used in a cold room?

Hoover heat pump dryers are designed to be used in a room with a temperature above 7 degrees C. During the winter a garage or some rooms in the home may be below this critical temperature and the product will not be able to get warm inside the drum. Move the machine to a 'habitable' environment or heat the room it has been installed and used in.

Sensor dry cycles are not suitable for drying 1 item

If you are drying a very small load or perhaps one item on its own, it is better to use the' time' dry programme. The auto sense cycles have been designed to offer an efficient drying solution for your larger loads and the machine may switch off after a few minutes if a light load or just one thing is in the drum.
